. Appointment will be cancelled 15 minutes after no show.

. Cancelling appointment by the customer has to be done 24  hours in advance, if it was done in less than 24 hours a deposit will be mandatory in the next appointment,

. Payments can be in cash, InstaPay or Visa

REFILLS & FIXING POLICY

 

. Lashes refill is valid for 2 weeks for 2 times only, the third time will be a new set 

 

. Fixing lashes and nails is valid for 3 days after original appointment, afterwards will be considered a new service
